GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF VEHICLE RENTAL – HLS GROUP SA

Deposit and Deductible of CHF 15,000

1. Purpose

These general terms and conditions apply to the vehicle rental services offered by HLS Group SA, hereinafter referred to as “the Lessor”, to any individual or legal entity, hereinafter referred to as “the Lessee”.

2. Booking

Reservations can be made via our website, by phone, or through WhatsApp. A booking becomes final only upon written confirmation from the Lessor and payment of the security deposit corresponding to the selected vehicle.

3. Vehicles

The Lessor guarantees the reserved category and model. However, color, engine type, or specific equipment may vary depending on availability. All specifications will be provided prior to final confirmation.

4. Rental Conditions

• Minimum required age: 25 years
• Valid driver’s license held for at least 2 years
• Credit card in the Lessee’s name is mandatory
• Security deposit required: CHF 15,000

The deposit will be blocked before vehicle pick-up and refunded within 45 days after the vehicle is returned, provided there is no damage, traffic violation, or additional fees.

5. Insurance & Liability

All vehicles are covered by comprehensive insurance (CASCO), including third-party liability and damage to the vehicle.
A fixed deductible of CHF 15,000 remains the Lessee’s responsibility in case of an accident or damage.
Any damage resulting from negligence or improper use will be entirely charged to the Lessee.

6. Mileage & Fuel

Mileage conditions vary depending on the rented model. Details will be provided at the time of booking.
Any additional kilometer will be billed according to the applicable rate, which varies depending on the model.
All vehicles are delivered with a full tank of fuel and must be returned in the same condition. Otherwise, refueling charges will apply.

7. Delivery & Return

Delivery is possible within 24 to 48 hours, depending on location and availability.
Delivery and collection fees are calculated based on distance and specified at the time of booking.
In case of late return or failure to comply with the agreed schedule, additional charges may apply.

8. Vehicle Use

The Lessee agrees to comply with traffic regulations, not to use the vehicle for races, track tests, or any prohibited activity, and not to sublet the vehicle without written consent from the Lessor.

9. Deposit & Damages

The security deposit covers damages not covered by insurance, excess mileage, missing fuel, and cleaning costs.

10. Cancellation

• Free cancellation up to 48 hours before the rental start date
• Cancellation between 48 and 24 hours before the rental: 50% of the total amount due
• Cancellation less than 24 hours before the rental or no-show: 100% of the total amount due

11. Governing Law & Disputes

Swiss law applies. The courts of Lausanne shall have jurisdiction.
